Historia Expeditions reserves the right to decline any person as a participant on a tour, or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time, when such action is determined by the tour operator to be in the best interests of the health, safety or general welfare of the tour group or the individual participant. In such a case, a refund equal to the actual cost of the unused services is the limit of Historia Expeditions’ responsibility.
Historia Expeditions is not responsible for any costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or sickness. Historia Expedition’s is not responsible for penalties incurred from the purchase of nonrefundable airline tickets. Should events beyond the control of Historia Expeditions necessitate the cancellation of the program while on tour, a full refund of land costs will be calculated based on the cost of services used up to the time of the group’s return. Also note that motor coaches are non-smoking.
Changes/Modifications to Itinerary:
While every effort will be made to carry out the program as planned, the program is subject to modification and/or change by Historia Expeditions. Please be aware that tour arrangements are scheduled up to a year in advance, and unforeseen conditions may arise that make changes necessary.
A Note About Cost/Currency Fluctuation:
All tour prices are in U. S. dollars and per person, based on double occupancy, unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to adjustment in the event of international currency fluctuations, fuel increases or any unexpected increase in tour costs, state or local taxes and/or local tariffs.
Historia Expeditions recommends the purchase of travel insurance to cover refunds for last minute cancellation and for emergency medical coverage. Some U. S. medical policies do not cover expenses overseas.
